The Hotham Arts online booking stem is the quickest and simplest way to book! It is also open 24 / 7. Just click the link at the bottom of the event to take you to our booking page. Here you must log in (or register if you haven’t used the service before). You do this by clicking on the appropriate tab. After logging in, select the date and performance you wish to see and follow the instructions on screen! You can even choose your own seat!

Group Booking: Group discounts are available for certain performances. Please ask the box office for details when booking.
Only one concession or discount applies per ticket. Concessionary price tickets must be requested at the time of purchase as discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.

Please note: The Hotham Arts Centre reserves the right to introduce discounts and other price changes without notice. These will not apply to tickets already purchased before the announcement.

Reservations
Ticket reservations can be made and are held for up to seven days before the performance The Hotham Arts Centre reserves the right to sell any tickets that are not paid for after this times.

Exchanges and Refunds
The Hotham Arts Centre is unable to exchange or refund any tickets once sold. Tickets may be left at the Box Office for re-sale, but they will not be offered to the public until the theatre’s tickets for that show have been sold. A charge of £1 per ticket will be made for this service.

Children
Children under the age of three will not be admitted into the auditorium except to productions aimed exclusively at children. All children, including babies, must be in possession of a valid ticket.

The Hotham Arts Centre Policy
Children, school parties, and those in need of special care are the responsibility of their parents, guardians, teachers or carers, who must ensure that appropriate behavior is followed in the auditorium. There is a Duty Manager at all performances who will be happy to help with any problems. The Hotham Arts Centre reserves the right to ask anyone causing a disturbance to other patrons or staff to leave the venue.

situated at the main entrance to the building
